The Hammersmith Club Wedding

Every Wedding Reception at Hammersmith Club Venue is unique and our staff will work with you to ensure your day is unforgettable. This guide to the perfect reception is only a loose framework which can be tailored to your exact requirements. Celebrate your wedding in our grand hall under those illustrious vaulted ceilings and make use of our stage for a DJ or a comedian. Do something different here at the Hammersmith Club. When you are planning that stunning once in a lifetime event, you will want a setting that is not just a blank backdrop to the flowers and champagne, but an exquisitely dressed stage that will make your big day unforgettable. Your venue should not shrink into the background, but play a major role at your party. It should offer character, history and beauty. It should put your guests at their ease, and encourage them to stroll and mingle and talk. It should be the starting point for beautiful memories that will linger long after everyone has departed.

We never host more than one wedding a day thus ensuring our total dedication to you, your guests and most importantly... your dreams.

Entertainment

Because of the many forms of entertainment a stage provides you with it can be a difficult choice. Whether it`s DJ's, musicians, discos or stand-up comedians - our stage has seen it all! Please contact us to discuss this. Alternatively if you have a specific requirement we will need to discuss it with you prior to booking the venue.

Dedicated Bar

A dedicated bar is available for wedding guests. Last orders are between 11.00pm and 12.00pm depending on the time of year. We will always make sure we have enough bar staff to never keep your guests waiting. Just let us know the number of guests and we'll do the rest...

Bring Your Own Food

Here at Hammersmith Club we like to provide our happy couple with options. We know Weddings can end up being one of the most expensive times of your life, therefore we are open to negotiation when it comes to you bringing your own food and entertainment. On the other hand, we are also aware that organising your big day can be stressful too, so if you would like us to organise the entertainment we would be more than happy to try and help...

General Information

  • Your event can be held on any day of the week and at any time of day subject to prior arrangement.

  • Any day falling on a bank holiday is charged at the Saturday tariff.

  • There is a 25% deposit on any booking.

  • Final payment less deposit is required 14 days before the event.

  • The tariff gives you use of the entire Ball Room of the Club on the day of hire as well as the day before to decorate.

Capacity

Hammersmith Club accommodates up to 100 seated guests in the format agreed or 150 Standing.
